YOGAPLAY

 

 

YogaPlay combines traditional yoga postures, breathing exercises and themes with developmentally stimulating games to nurture the whole child.

 

YogaPlay is being taught by a yoga instructor who is also an experienced pediatric physical therapist. She will be assisted by a child development specialist who is experienced with group settings. This class is limited to 8 children. Emphasis will be on building your child’s confidence, language and motor skills, while stimulating the imagination and creativity of your child.

 

There are two YogaPlay groups available. One group is for 4-5 year olds where parents may watch from our observation room and for 2-3 year olds with parent participation

 

To pre-register for class sessions contact our center at 603.778.8193. A $20 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your child’s spot in the class.

Cost: $60 for 6 weeks each class is 1 hour

Session 1

Tuesdays: Sept 14th—Oct 19th, 10:30-11:30am

 

Session 2

Tuesdays: Nov 2nd—Dec 7th, 10:30-11:30am

 

Session 1 for 2-3 Year Olds with Parent Participation

Mondays: Oct 18th—Nov 22nd, 9:00-9:45am

 

The classes are conducted by Janet Smaldone, Pediatric Physical Therapist.
